February Firsts

February brought a couple of new firsts for Hannah. She took her first bath in the big girl bath tub. While the actual event wasn't all that exciting for her - she did love the light up ducks that we put in the bath with her. (Thanks to her friend Asher in Evanston for giving her those!!).

We spent a weekend at Underwood - Wilson's family home in upstate NY - this month as well. There was a TON of snow up there and we ended up spending a fair amount of time indoors playing games. As usual, a mullet wig made it's appearance during the course of the weekend and Hannah provided a good model for it. Hopefully this isn't a sign of her future hair styles! 

February

I had to be in NY for work last Monday and left Hannah in West Hartford for the day (a very long 18 hour day!) with my Mom and her great aunt Debbie. They took some cute pictures that I thought I'd share! Hannah had a good day and enjoyed her time with the Davis ladies! 

And these were just cute ones from a couple weeks ago. Hannah was playing with Wilson and I caught her mid-smile here.... 

And here I think Wilson was doing something that made her a bit worried....

Florida!

We were in Florida this past weekend for my grandfather's funeral. Hannah was an angel on the flights and thoroughly enjoyed her time in the warm weather.  She liked her first taste of swimming (it was too cold for anything more than her toes to go in!). She also got to meet her great-grandmother Lowe and her uncles and cousins on that side of the family.

No picture to post - but we wanted to be sure to send good wishes to Melissa and Adam Farver. William Morrison Farver was born Friday in Houston, TX and we cannot wait to meet him! He looks adorable in all his pictures and his parents look remarkably well rested! Congratulations!!

Sweet Molly

One more picture to share tonight - here's a new one of little Molly Doyle. She's already five weeks old and looking so much bigger! She was trying to smile at her friend Hannah during this picture but Hannah was too involved watching the Patriots game to notice.

Sorry Molly.... we're working on Hannah's manners and promise next time she'll smile back!

Go Pats!

It was a busy weekend for us! Saturday we celebrated Ethan Stockwell's first birthday - Happy Birthday!! We had a great time at his party - and he really enjoyed his birthday cupcakes (as did we!). 

 

We also spent some time using out some of Hannah's new gear including her Bumbo seat and her exersaucer (both on loan from Ethan- thank you!). They're both providing lots of entertainment for Hannah these days - especially now that she wants to be sitting up and checking out the world around her when she's awake!  

For those that aren't aware, it's freezing in Boston today but we bundled Hannah up to go to a friend's house for the Patriots game. Here she is modeling her new hat that Grandma and Papi gave her for Christmas.... 

And here she is watching the game with her Dad. As you can tell from their expressions it was a pretty intense game and they were both awfully nervous during it.... 
..... but luckily the Patriots prevailed and will be heading to yet another Superbowl in a couple weeks! Go Pats!
