July 4th in Falmouth

We're just back from a week long vacation on Cape Cod. We spent half our time in Falmouth and half in Chatham. We got LOTS of good pictures so I'm making two posts.... 

Here's Hannah enjoying some Cheerios in Falmouth..... 

Getting acting tips from William McFadden who came over from the Vineyard for a visit with his family...

We took a trip into WHOI so Hannah could see where Nana and Grandy work. They had boxes which Hannah discovered make great sleds.... 
She tried to help Grandy with his floats.... 
And help Nana fix a broken computer... 
But really - vacation isn't about working - it's about sitting in the backyard by the pond playing with Aunt Kate.... 

On the move...

Hannah's officially on the move - she's just starting to crawl but can actually get from one side of the room to the other on her own .... watch out! 

It's business....

Hannah's new favorite chair to sit in is our office chair - particularly when we spin her in it.... 

And she's recently discovered the keyboard.....

Nana knows how to keep Hannah cool during this Boston heat wave, a little backyard splashing during their day together....

The Beach!

Hannah and I escaped the heat in Boston this weekend by hitting the beach (Wilson hit the golf course instead). Saturday we were in Falmouth and it was a bit chilly with the fog and wind off the water but we had a good visit with Aunt Kate and her roommate Cameron who were in town from DC. Today we spent a couple hours on the beach in Chatham with Aunt Allie who is home for a few days before heading up to Dartmouth for her summer term - it was even warm enough to go in the water!

Auntie Sarah was here for a visit last Friday while she looked at apartments in Boston. She and Hannah had fun watching me weed the front walk....
