Trapped

Now that Hannah's on the move we were forced to finally do some childproofing and put up some gates. Luckily, she seems to just like standing and watching the world go by and doesn't seem at all bothered by them..... yet!

Happy Friday

I don't have any recent pictures to post as Hannah is recovering from her first stomach bug and hasn't been too photogenic the last couple days. I had some old ones saved up for a rainy day though.....

Now that Hannah can move on her own she's demonstrating what we already knew - she likes to be outside. Whenever she's in a room with a door she eventually finds her way over to it and stares out longingly.... 

She's also finding it's fun to escape from the bathtub - and apparently the kitchen sink which serves as her bathtub in Chatham. 
This is an old toy that Aunt Allie used to play with many many years ago. Hannah discovered it when we were in Chatham last time and the little people didn't leave her hand or mouth all weekend. Toys have come a long way but sometimes the old ones are the best ones I guess.... 

Petite YaYa's Take on Chatham...

Molly and Melissa joined Hannah and I in Chatham for this past weekend. We had a great time and the girls were even kind enough to coordinate their nap schedules - somewhat - so that we could get to the beach a couple times.

My brother just sent us another video of Hannah from July 4th - he's determined to make her a star!

Reunion....

Wilson's cousins came over today for a BBQ - including cousin Alex whom I have never met and Wilson hasn't seen for years. We really enjoyed having everyone over and getting the chance to catch up - and hope we can make it happen again soon!

July 4th in Falmouth

We're just back from a week long vacation on Cape Cod. We spent half our time in Falmouth and half in Chatham. We got LOTS of good pictures so I'm making two posts....

We took a trip into WHOI so Hannah could see where Nana and Grandy work. They had boxes which Hannah discovered make great sleds.... 
She tried to help Grandy with his floats.... 
And help Nana fix a broken computer... 
But really - vacation isn't about working - it's about sitting in the backyard by the pond playing with Aunt Kate....
